Small Steps organise programmes to help people of all ages learn about different religious and cultural groups in North Belfast to promote better relationships; and regularly run programmes, community festivals and summer schools so people can learn about the culture and heritage of the area, particularly its rich Ulster-Scots background.
They seek to help local community groups in Belfast to be more effective in their operation through direct support and training, and deliver a range of activities in schools, so that children in North Belfast can access opportunities which enrich their educational journey.
